Dicky Beach Skatepark is on the coastline, in the northern end of Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast. It’s just across from the local caravan park, right next to the beach. There’s also shaded seating and a toilet block handy.
Dicky Beach Skatepark Features
Ok so this little gem of a park is a bit on the rough side, a bit old school so you know. There’s plenty to ride though. The concrete half pipe is about four foot high, and has coping. It joins onto a shallower horse shoe shaped bowl about 2-3 foot also with coping. There’s two ledges metal capped at different heights and steps to air over on one of them. On the left side there’s a smaller half pipe that has a tapered off quarter backed onto it. On the back edge there’s a volcano like launcher that you can hit from either the quarter or the bowl.
