Caniaba Skatepark

You’ll find this setup tucked away in a small town to the south west of Lismore, NSW. The Caniaba Skatepark is small in size with only a few elements on offer.

Caniaba Skatepark Elements

A small semi circle shapes bowl kicks off the skate park. It has no coping and small decks. The side turns into a bank used to gain speed.

In the centre of the park there’s a fun box. It has a tight launch pad heading from the bowl on both sides. One half turns into a table top with launch, the other side a long flat slow incline bank. In the middle there’s a full length rail. Both sides of the fun box bank down to the ground.

On the far end is dual 4 foot quarter pipes. These are either side of a 4 1/2 foot flat bank that runs at 45 from the shared deck straight to the flatland. The platform is small and there’s no coping.

What’s Around

The skatepark is hidden away on a sporting oval behind a row of trees. It isn’t visible from the road so you’ll need to park and walk till you come across it. There is a seat near the park but not much else. On the far side of the field you’ll find a basketball hoop and tennis courts as well as seats and a shelter.
